Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

(your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.


How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via (SQL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

You May Temporarily Freeze Your Account

You may freeze your account by contacting Customer service no later than Friday 8:00 PM before the effective week. Call us at 850-888-3147 or email [email protected] Include your name and address, the date you would like your last delivery, and the date to resume delivery.


Changes To My Account

In order to provide you the freshest product possible, it is necessary that we have a deadline. We must be notified of any changes you wish to make to your plan by NO LATER than Friday at 8:00 PM before the applicable week. This includes freezes, cancelations, and changes to your meal plan. Requests made after Friday 8:00 PM will be effective for the following week.



If you are not satisfied with a meal for any reason, please contact our customer service rep at (850) 888-3147. You must report your issues within 2 days of the meal being delivered. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that delivery. Prep Pros may require the return or photo documentation of the meal or meals that you are not satisfied with before we make a refund.


Delivery Policy

Meals are delivered fresh every morning Monday- Friday between the hours of 7 a.m.- 10 a.m. If you have a preferred time you would like your meals delivered between our delivery hours you can add that in the preference box when you sign up and we will do our best to accommodate you
